FAQ'S

Regarding the "Corporate Tours" on Friday:

1. How do we get to the tours? Does everyone meet up together and then leave? Do we provide our own transportation?

   • All university groups will provide their own transportation to the corporate tour. Corporate tour times for each University will be posted very soon!

2. What time do the tours start?

   • Based on company availability, there are multiple tours at various times. The corporate tour times for each University will be posted very soon!

3. What is the attire for the tours? 

   • Dress attire for the tours is smart casual. Jeans and university apparel are okay. Closed toed shoes are required.

Regarding the overall event:

1. What is the dress code for the weekend?

   • Dress code is business casual. 

2. Do we need to provide our own transportation between event locations or will that be provided to us?

   • Transportation will be provided from the Hyatt Downtown Greensboro to NCAT's campus on Friday night, and transportation will also be covered by NCAT all day on Saturday. 

3. Are you still looking for judges for the technical papers?

   • At this time, we are looking for 1 more judge for the Technical Paper Competition. Please reach out to Vice President of NCAT's Chapter of IISE: tnclaiborne@aggies.ncat.edu

What about dietary restrictions?

• Many allergies and dietary restrictions have been considered, including dairy, gluten, and nut allergies. There are multiple options at each meal that were selected with our vegetarian attendees in mind.
